Hello Beautiful Travelers and Explorers. Welcome to Divine Self Hypnosis for this Astral Projection Guided Meditation based on The Monroe Technique with Binaural Beats using The Schumann Resonance. Robert Monroe discovered that an induced state of trance could occur by using two different sound waves with slightly different frequencies in the left and right ear to entrain brain waves. Monroe found that these slightly different sound waves cause the brain to create a third sound wave of its own called the binaural beat that encourages various changes in brain wave activity. This means you can use binaural beats to entrain your mind to reach a certain state of being, such as creating the conditions for an out of body experience. The Hypnosis techniques in this session for full body relaxation will provide an opportunity for your body to go into a very deep state of physical relaxation while maintaining an alert, calm and awake mind, as coined by Robert Monroe, "Mind Awake, Body Asleep"

Astral Projection - S1 - Leaving Your Body

This track will guide to transition into astral projection. The method used here is relaxation, as you relax further and further, mind and body, at a certain point you will feel your astral body being pulled out of your body. Try to not react and stay relaxed as it happens. It will happen on it's own nothing can happen to you.

Use this recording in the following way. Put an alarm in the morning 2 hours before you plan to wake up. Then play this recording on low volume and head back to sleep. My voice will come in and gently guide you towards Astral Projection and later towards contemplating "who am I?". The track contains a 432Hz based theta (4hz) binaural beat that further helps you to relax.

A Theta State Is being halfway asleep and halfway Awake. That's how you live the dream in your dream! Dreaming that you are dreaming is being half awake. That is how you remember your dreams. So right before entering the Theta state, is the point where you can induce the subconscious!

In this recording, you will be guided through a relaxation meditation and a third eye visualization leading to the astral experience.

Your third eye is a portal into different dimensions of being. It is also referred to as the mind’s eye, or inner eye. Focusing on this area can activate your astral body and begin the vibrational stage rather quickly.

And although we may sometimes talk about the pineal gland as the third eye, today we will focus on the third eye chakra or brow chakra located in the middle of your forehead as the gateway into the astral plane.

With an activated third eye, you will be able to navigate your life, through your multidimensional awareness and through your higher frequency energy.

►The actual meditation is around 40 minutes long and will finish off with around one hour with brainwave music only to help you achieve the desired result.

ALPHA WAVES (8HZ TO 12 HZ)

Alpha brainwaves are dominant during quietly flowing thoughts and in some meditative states. Alpha is ‘the power of now, being here, in the present. Alpha is the resting state of the brain. Alpha waves aid overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration and learning.

Welcome to this Astral Projection | Guided Meditation to Have an Out of Body Experience | Merging Technique. This guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease. I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR).

Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, I will take you through an exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE). There are many OBE exit techniques; this particular one invites you to merge with all that is, with everything, everywhere, all at once.

This astral travel guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

My voice will fall away after about 30 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in binaural beats and continue whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep. This is astral travel meditation technique is most effective with headphones as it uses binaural beats.
