ROOT CHAKRA / Also known as the 1st or Root Chakra, the Muladhara (sometimes spelled as mooladhara) is considered by many to be the most important Chakra as this is the Fundamental (or Mool) Chakra. Without Balancing it, now matter how hard we try, higher chakras can not be healed / unblocked. Located at the base of our spine, it is the root chakra that governs over our physical energies, giving us a sense of safety and security with other people and ourselves.

The Frequencies in the music resonate with Root Chakra also, our fundamental energy center, which normally gets blocked by fear, anxiety, worry. This sound track promotes the healing of Root Chakra thus removing all these blocks and boosts energy... boosts positivity.

A balancing and clearing chakra meditation to listen to as you drift off to sleep. This chakra meditation is a healing meditation and has been written to encourage full body healing (physical and emotional healing) while listening and continued healing as you sleep. The healing meditation utilises all of your 7 chakras for this physical and emotional healing, through cleansing and balancing those 7 chakras. The 7 chakras represent your centres of spiritual power, your life force and your energy. They are responsible for your physical and emotional wellbeing. They are inter-connected and energy flows best through them when they are open and aligned. They are your life force, your energy and rhythm. When your chakras are balanced, open and aligned you will feel emotionally balanced, healthy, happy and energised. If they become blocked the energy cannot flow through your body and you will feel disharmony and maybe illness within sleep.

This heal while you sleep guided healing meditation will encourage the removal of negative energy blocks that impinge on the free flow of positive and healthy energy throughout the body, even working while you sleep.

It is believed that deep chakra guided meditations promote healing by bringing awareness to your chakras and encouraging balancing and alignment and increased wellbeing through focusing and examining each of these chakras. So, allow this meditation to help you focus your intentions on healing and staying strong and healthy.

As you focus your wonderful subconscious mind on healing yourself you may drift into a deep sleep – that is fine, this deep sleep will be restorative and replenishing and you will wake at the right time for you refreshed and energized, feeling positive and ready to embrace the new day with powerful positivity and energy.

We suggest you listen to this Chakra Balancing, Heal while you Sleep Guided Meditation each evening to become in tune with your 7 chakras and their balance and alignment, to encourage deep and restorative feelings of wellbeing and health. You will enjoy drifting off to sleep listening.

Aura Cleansing Meditation: this is a meditation that you can do whenever you go to sleep. Each frequency in this meditation corresponds to a different chakra. The goal of this meditation is to clear your aura, balance and heal the seven chakras using sound as a healing tool. If you’re living a balanced lifestyle, this should happen naturally. When you’re sleep deprived, and overworked, your energetic field may become unbalanced.

Meditation Instructions:

Lay down on a comfortable position. Start focusing on your breath and let your inner chatter go away. Imagine yourself surrounded by a brilliant light as you close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your spirit guides and ask them to protect you as you fall into deep sleep.
Ask them to walk this light thru your chakras as the music changes from a frequency to another, removing all the negative energies, balancing these centers and clearing your Aura.

When you wake up the next morning, sit on your bed and take several deep breaths. Then drink a glass of water before eating your breakfast.

The number of times a week you should do this meditation depends on how you feel about your energy. You may use this meditation when you're feeling low on energy or. By cleansing your aura daily you rid yourself of negative energies that you’ve picked up from other people and the environment so you may use it as a prevention to keep you on a high vibration

The natural frequency of 432Hz, also called the“Earth frequency”, is the frequency everything in our Universe resonates with. Music tuned to 432 Hz is proven to be relaxing for body and mind and very often also perceived as being more harmonic and pleasant than the “standard” 440 Hz, which is the frequency that most of the modern day music we listen to is tuned at.

Music tuned to 432 Hz is often perceived as being softer and more pleasant. It is said to provide greater clarity and is easier on the ears. In short, 432 Hz music can fill the mind with a sense of deep peace and well-being, while releasing emotional blockages that hinder us from letting go and experiencing full inner and outer harmony.

The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “divine frequency” is said to be a “holy” frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres of consciousness.
