This track will guide to connect to someone in the astral realm, be it a deceased loved one, a deity, a god or goddess, an ET, an enlightened master or just a friend. The method used here is relaxation, as you relax further and further, mind and body, at a certain point you will feel your astral body being pulled out of your body. Try to not react and stay relaxed as it happens. It will happen on it's own.

Use this recording in the following way. Put an alarm in the morning 2 hours before you plan to wake up. Then play this recording on low volume and head back to sleep.
